Tim is great. He not only helped us refinance at the start of 2020, with a smooth, and easy process, he did it all again with a new mortgage two months later when we found our new home.

He has been helpful every step of the way and has checked in numerous times to ensure we were moving forward with the bank, etc. Tim was very responsive and took all the time needed to make sure we knew what was going on, as our transaction was a bit more complicated than normal.

TLDR: Tim was amazing, and enabled us to keep our house as a rental, while also buying another one. We were recommended to contact Tim by a few real estate agents in Collingwood, and we’re SO glad that we did. We’d contacted a few mortgage brokers in Simcoe County already, and none could make our situation work. We wanted to refinance to a low rate mortgage in Collingwood, and free up as much cash as possible from our current property, so that we could rent it out and buy another home in Collingwood for ourselves. The real estate in South Georgian Bay is obviously super expensive, so we wanted a no-fee mortgage broker that would have the connections to enable us to refinance our home and get a second mortgage. Tim was professional, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent service.
